This time of year makes it hard to want to do much of anything much less workout in the morning. It’s dreary, cold and it gets darker so much earlier. It makes it even harder to stay on course with eating healthy with all the holidays, delicious treats and travelling that are happening.
I have been struggling with wanting to push myself to work out in the mornings. I want to stay curled up on the couch with a blanket and some sweet tea but I do it…I push myself even on the days when I really have no motivation.
Working on your business numbers can be just like me not wanting to workout. It’s the LAST thing you want to even look at or deal with the holidays around the corner.
And I get it!! I honestly didn’t want to work out.
BUT… here’s the thing… this time last year, I made the decision to put me, my fitness and my health first. Because of that I now have tools in place to help me through mornings when I want to say “forget it” or “I’ll do it tomorrow”. I have a trainer who also helps me through hard times with support and encouragement (and tough love).
On days when I am feeling like I want to make excuses and not workout I reach out to my trainer and she gives me the support I need to get through the workout. I’m always glad I did. It is hard as hell but I do it, because I have the support and I know I’m not alone.
The same can be true for your business numbers. When you decide to make the choice to make them a priority, you are making the decision to say goodbye to the chaos.
When you make the decision to have someone be there and help you through the “dreary” times, you can make 2019 your best year yet and feel confident and in control when it comes to your numbers.
Just like my trainer was able to provide me tools and support to add health and wellness into my life, a profitability coach can help you grow your numbers, business and confidence when it comes to knowing your numbers.
If you are feeling alone in your business finances or like you just aren’t sure what to do first – reach out. I know that sometimes when you feel overwhelmed, it can become too much and makes you say “I’ll do it tomorrow”. I get it…that is exactly how I am, which is why I have support in place for those days.
Let’s not let the overwhelm get to us – let’s lean on the support we truly need to be the best versions of ourselves and have the best businesses we can possibly have.
